Indonesian Rendang (Gulai) A hot, drier-style curry from Indonesia that has a blend of rich, coconut cream and tangy spices, ideal for those who like a bit of chilli.  Traditionally served with beef, it can also be served with chicken or lamb. For a melt-in-your mouth experience, this dish shines when it is slow cooked.  For a vegetarian option, replace meat with vegetables of your choice.
