Cantonese Chow Mein

Cantonese Chow Mein (Chow Mein) Stir-fried noodles are a popular dish served at Chinese banquets because noodles symbolise longevity.  The garlic, shallots and soya sauce in the spice paste together with vegetables, meat or seafood add to the flavour of the noodles.
