Kimchi Seafood Hotpot (Serves 4)

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Korean Kimchi Soup SpicePaste©
  • 200g (7 oz) white clams
  • 100g (3½ oz) flower crab, cut into quarters
  • 100g (3½ oz) prawns
  • 100g (3½ oz) squid/calamari, cut into 1½ cm (1") thick rings
  • 100g (3½ oz) Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 550ml (2½ cups) water

Method:

  1. Boil water in a saucepan on medium heat. 
  2. Stir in SpicePaste©, seafood and cabbage.
  3. Simmer covered for 5 minutes or until cooked.
